I am a Veteran transitioning to a civilian job. How can I schedule my fitting appointment?

**Appointment requests should be within 60-days prior to departure from military. **

Boots to Suits works with Veteran service providers to distribute clothing vouchers to Veterans and their families transitioning from their military lives to civilian careers. A Veteran can call any of the Boots to Suits partners listed below to initiate the fitting process:

How do I schedule my fitting appointment?

Boots to Suits is located in the Hamilton Professional Building. Fitting appointments are required once eligibility is confirmed by the Virginia Transitioning Assistance Program. When calling to schedule your appointment please be prepared to give your sizes so that appropriate clothing selections will be available upon your arrival.  Contact Scout Saylors, the Boots to Suits Project Manager at (804) 554-0055.

About Boots to Suits

Established in 2014, Boots to Suits is a clothing program for male and female Virginia Veterans transitioning from military life to civilian careers. Boots to Suits provides Veterans with two complimentary career outfits, enabling them to look and feel their best for job interviews and non-military work environments. Military spouses who are job-seeking and the primary household provider are also eligible for this opportunity.
